Yes and no. Yes its because its Illinois but not because of the tenor I think you mean. Two things about Illinois is why this is going how it is. They are one dimensional (run), can't pass accurately on offense, and before and during this game they've had so many injuries to their secondary that Stanley and our te's are just abusing them.
