I must not understand all of the ins and outs of intentional grounding. I figured that was grounding since he threw it nowhere remotely near a receiver. He was probably out of the pocket, but I thought there still had to be a receiver in the area.

Mabin has been really lucky that Purdue's QB hasn't been accurate. He seriously needs to tighten up his coverage.
