They’re selling out on every run formation and we don’t do anything to get them out of it.
So normal.
Yah. It was concerning.
But that was one heckuva pick. Just determination and incredible athleticism.

Maybe Iowa will someday be able to recruit skill players other than TEs who can actually catch balls that hit them in the hands.

A couple of points. It was good to see Iowa hand the ball off out of the shotgun. It’s obviously when Cade goes under center that Iowa is running the ball. That’s too predictable.
Macs timing is off but that’s to be expected with only one week to practice. He will be better with more time to practice. A couple of times he was a little late getting the ball out. That last play before the field goal he should have got the ball out quicker to the open receiver to give the receiver time to catch and run.
I think Parker is playing a conservative defense just because he can.
