They both matter. Bohannon was a consensus top recruit. Garza isn't ranked that high but hey an impressive offer list. Both are big recruits

I wouldn't say Garza is a big recruit. A good recruit. But I think you have to be ranked higher, like Cook was to be a big recruit. Bohannon wasn't either.
