Id give up May before Basabe.

Anyone who knows basketball would.

It will be interesting to see how Basabe progresses in the off season and how the addition of some height helps his game. He definitely needs to develop a sense of urgency with his game.

Not a criticism per se, but am I justified in saying that White is the only one that plays with passion, urgency, and hustle?? Great attitude and fire in that one.

We need shot creators so badly. We also need to figure out defense. I guess athletically we are small and slow, so that doesn't help.

Basabe has at least showed potential from time to time. May has had a few alley oop fast break dunks against bad teams.

Basabe can rebound, May can not

Announcer was right on... saying Penn State on pace to score mid 70s and they have no offense - possible against a very soft D.

And yet they beat Purdue and Illinois. And have played everyone tough at home except Indiana. The B10 is weird this year.

Might be true, but he plays like he wants it all the time, and I don't think you can say that about anyone else. That passion doesn't have anything to do with position.
