Penn State sucks and only beating them by 2 is only "phew, we didn't **** this up" worthy. But it has to be somewhat of a confidence builder for the team to have a single digit lead late, on the road, and to walk out of the building with a victory.

Like you said, this "feels" a lot more like a near miss than a celebratory W. If I'm on this team, I'd flush this game as quickly as I've flushed all the close losses. I take the W for show, but my confidence comes from realizing I can challenge Indy, MSU, Minny and OStU, not struggling to barely beat the worst B1G team (in a long time).
