Question for @Fryowa. How many people in your preseason poll had 9-4 and a bowl win, just out of curiousity?

For the record, I had "10-3, with a nice bowl win."

Those big bullies proved to be not so tuff! Sheesh they were getting hurt on most every play. Sissies! A team from the south and they couldn't handle the heat from the Hawks or the sun. The west is carrying the banner rather nicely. KOK is now 2-2 in bowl games. Just like old times! Hawks wiped that smug look off that M. St. coach! Hahahahahaha!!!

Mississippi State spent the month of December reading threads on these boards saying that we had no playmakers outside of Noah and TJ. They clearly put an emphasis on stopping TJ but must of got bug eyes when they saw a white 2 star pud from Iowa outracing them to the end zone and outfighting them for the pylon.

Didn't know we had playmakers.

ISM Did have a TD catch but not his finest hour. He didn't make any effort to fight for the ball on Stanley's pick and compounded it by trying to hard to make amends on the return and coughing it up. Both have recurring issues with him and I held my breath when he brought out the kickoff at 24-22 because he almost coughed it up again.

Some issues to work on there.

They are going to need everyone next year in the passing game especially if Hock leaves.
