Two great defenses. Hard fought game. Mississippi State came in with no respect for Iowa and it cost them. In the end Iowa's discipline paid off. Penalties killed MSU. Iowa offense looked sluggish at times, but in the end they found a way to win. Way to end the year! Go Hawks!

Disagree about the no respect. That cheapens our win . They wanted this too with a rookie coach . If their seniors are screaming at halftime they wanted it just as bad

MSU gives it away with idiotic 15 yard penalties, Iowa gives it back with idiotic turnovers.

Iowa holding on, MSU fcks it away with a dropped ball that is intercepted by Iowa!

The opportunity was there to steal won, nice to take advantage.

The script of passing to TE's is well known. I'm super glad that we came out with a gameplan to hurt them with some other position than TE. I feel bad for TJ, but I believe it was needed to get a W.
