It's almost become like a Rick Ankiel thing. I say that not negatively, but out of some sympathy at this point. It's freaky.

No doubt we need to play smarter with fewer unforced turnovers.......
There have been a few games we played very well, but not nearly enough, even though we were close to winning. We seemed to almost throw away a few games in the last minute or two......

Josh is somewhat of a mystery this season, more so than last season. He doesn't seem to get that many open shots and has difficulty creating his own shots. His value is passing, ball handling, and his D is getting much better. I have a feeling he is going to break out like Gatens did his senior year. Gatens had trouble Fran's first year because he was the main scoring threat and was covered constantly, sort of like they are doing to Josh. Gatens had trouble his Junior year shooting when temporarily open. When, in his senior year he would shoot when he received the ball automatically, he was a serious threat especially late in the season when he had that fabulous run. Maybe the best in Hawkeye History or close to it. I pray that Josh follows suit......
It is very frustrating because he is a good player who is struggling offensively. Eric May had the same difficulty last season. This year he is a game saver who is having a solid year, carrying the team at times.....
