Last game of the season, 3Rd & 9, and it's yet another pass to the line of freaking scrimmage. Don't tell me that's JVB's fault because by now someone should've taught him to not do that. it's all on the coacHing staff.

JVB doesn't see the field. Nobody was near him, and he checks down when Cotton broke open for the first down. GD sucks, but Vandy is the one making the decisions on the field, and he sucks at it.
We should retire Vandy's Jersey and Number.....
We need to retire Greg Davis...make Soup the OC, if he's staying around. We raved about Soup's contributions...until that Longhorn came along.
If Davis leaves, there is no one else that would take the OC here other than Brian. Why would a decent OC come here knowing all he is doing is keeping the chair warm for Brian? I think he would be Ok.. I just hope he tells Dad to leave the headset home and leave the coaching to him. If he wants to doodle during games on his handy dandy notebook, that's ok.
Even if it was KF's long time plan to get Brian into the OC spot, do you think he can pull it off now? How would he spin it? I mean, I'm sure Brian would be better and more "modern" than any O we've seen since '04, but after this train wreck of a year how would that look to promote your own son? Just more ammo for the KF haters, though I think it would be a significant upgrade. I'm sure Brian would know how to properly use a TE.
How would he spin it? He doesn't need to spin a damn thing. He's Kurt. His word is law.
And why would he need to spin it. Brain would be a good fit. If anyone isn't going to be dominated by Kurt, it's going to be Brain.
