No, just saying he needs a RS year. There is no way the team should be in a position to have to be playing him at RB yet. He needs physical development and needs to learn how to run out of the backfield.

Cooper looks WAAAAAYYYYY better than LTP. He still needs a little strength, but he is getting off the ball quicker and keeping his pads lower.
