***OFFICIAL GAME THREAD: Iowa vs. Texas***

I feel like these announcers forgot that we have tall players too. White and Woody are the reason we're winning.
 
I had high hopes for Jok this year and yes I understand he isn't good on D but I thought he would be a scorer.

I haven't seen anything close to a scoring threat these last 2 games. Now I missed the first game and I think I read that he did play solid in that one or at least did in the 2nd half.
 
Guard play has been awful and we're up 6 at half? Crazy...The sleetah needs to pull the trigger from outside...like White and Woody's energy
 
Had to miss the first half but I will get to witness us playing better in the 2nd and hopefully win. The fact that we're up aftr reading through the thread is encouraging.
 
Well boys and girls, we won the 1st half...can we play better and be a little smarter w/the ball the 2nd half? Texas is pretty sloppy, so I think we can keep hangin....and we do pull it out in the end...

Exactly, sadly i think this game is gonna be another heartbreaker and ive got a feeling this seasons gonna be déjà pooo
 
Mike still can't shoot the ball. Why the heck isn't Fran demanding that Uthoff shoot more? Hard to beleive we are leading shooting the ball so poorly. Thankfully we have drawn fouls and mad our fts.

Woody playing well and White is playing great.
 
Great half. Our difference makers made a difference and our role players plaed roles. If we can make some shots, this ones in the bag.

Also, I'm back, knishes.
 
I don't think our shooting percentage is a sustainable level of low. I think Texas could finish the game shooting around what they're shooting now. We could actually pull away in the second half.
