***OFFICIAL GAME THREAD: Iowa vs. Texas***

some pretty bad basketball so far. If Iowa can keep it close I think Texas will give it away. Just have to avoid giving up the big runs. Was fortunate to maintain the lead when they couldn't buy a bucket.
 
Have to keep in mind: early OOC game, each team's offense not used to facing this level of defense, shooting in an empty, airy MSG. I've almost never seen teams shoot well in MSG right off the bat.

Iowa's getting a lot better looks than Texas.
 
A little sloppy, but they are paying the #10 team in the country, and the Defense and rebounding has been pretty good.

Sapp is a different player this year. Playing his a** off, as they all should.

Anyone else notice the amount of dead ball contact by the Texas players?? After the dunk on White and earlier in game on Uthoff as well..
