Looking at it live, the ref winds his arm prior to blowing the whistle. It may be that sound travels slower, but it was a little odd.

The only thing I can think of, did the ref circle before blowing the whistle? They clearly would have been going on the whistle, how does it take two seconds to hike the ball?

This, i rewinded it. I didnt hear the whistle until about 1/2-3/4 of an arm rotation.

Yes very odd that the 25 second clock went to 23 before the game clock started running down. and it looked like the game clock lost a second before ref blew whistle. but hell who cares about wisky and the ducks
