Offensive Rebounding vs Rebounding Offense?

Rebounding defense is probably defensive rebounds allowed but I can't tell what rebounding offense is. Maybe points scored off of offensive rebounds?

Google isn't doing many favors here though.

I'm guessing it's rebounds allowed. Which, in Iowa's case, would be very inflated because we miss a ton of shots.

It's just rebounds per game. The next stat after those two is rebounding margin, and Iowa's margin matches the difference between the previous two stats.

Never seen it displayed like that but rebounding offense is total rebounds per game, rebounding defense is the number of rebounds your opponents average per game. Iowa's low ranking in rebounding defense and high ranking in rebounding offense is almost entirely tempo dependent.

You're right. That matches the offensive and defensive rebound totals.

Rebounding offense seems like strange wording though

Rebounding offense is the total amount of rebounds by iowa per game off(331) + def(666) = 997 39.9per
Rebounding defense is the total amount of rebounds by opposing team per game off(295) + def(587)= 882 35.3per given up

Offensive rebounding and defensive rebounding stats are just what it states just broke down into 2 separate categories.

Ahh, ok that makes sense. I have never seen it like that. Back in the day it was just Off Rebs. and Off. Reb. Allowed. Guess this way is probably better though.
Thanks, Rusty.
