If you need to quit stressing about the start of a season that is still 9 days away, watch a few moms light up their sons at a "Mom's night practice" at a HS in Illinois:
is there an abbreviation for "Mothers I'd like to run away from?" I would agree that a few could play on a few high school teams...............Would love to have been a fly on the wall in the locker from afterwards to hear all the milf comments by players lol

That tornado went right overhead of our apartment building. Vaporized the house behind us, skipped over our building after lifting off the roof and setting it back down, then went all Middle-East war zone across the street. Very surreal feeling immediately afterwards.Washington was nailed by an EF4 tornado a few years ago. Nice town a lot like Ankeny located just outside Peoria. Incredible devastation. Kind of good to see they can laugh. In soccer and bb their teams are pretty spicey so I'm guessing football as well.. Good in all-around sports in general. 1400 enrollment. Not a small school. I wouldn't want to get hit by some of those moms. Some of them could probably play on small school teams in Iowa.
Quite a story. My town had one from the same story south of town but didn't do much until it hit Gifford and really rocked that town. Interestingly that was the second EF 4 in that general area (Eureka) in just a few years. That tornado went right overhead of our apartment building. Yes Wacho high as my inlaws call it is a very good school. Good all-around academics and athletics, as well as fine arts programs. And the property taxes in Washington reflect that. Good location for CAT execs, younger families, and educators, being in close proximity to Bradley, Eureka, and ILL Community College. Decent commute to Rivian as well. Peoria's much smaller version of Ankeny.
