I find it comical that anyone would give Freak negative "dislike" in general, and these 2 messages (my multi-quote doesn't work) in particular....did someone think she was being serious?

Same for Sparky's msg above about "the Cave" ...it doesn't say anywhere that you MUST ENTER just because it's available, by opt-in no less! :rolleyes:


EDIT: I'm thinking Jon's "gut feeling" is much better than others that sometimes possess one.

Seriously, forget about it and ill just move on. I came from hawk report and really used to like the OT board over there for a time waster. I had been a paying member there for 10+ years. They closed their board down to be paying members only and turned it totally lame. That's my full story and don't have any desire for a further ******* match on my very first encounter on this forum.

It would make sense if they were a lurker and they want to also lurk on the OT board, but can't get there. Some people have no inclination to offer their own opinions but like reading the viewpoints of others. If that was the case, their only posts might be very direct questions aimed at purely getting info.

Just my $0.02.

Hey Sparky, I couldn't help but notice that your thumbs downs given grew exponentially today. Coincidentally, my thumbs down received also grew exponentially today. Is there something you want to say to me directly or are you going to act like a 7th grade girl on the MySpace?
 
Hey Jon, is there any way you can make the thumbs down thing so that some Delta Bravo can't run through and just start thumbing down all of your posts in a fit of rage? I take my cred on here very seriously and when Delta Bravos mess with it, it ain't cool.

The old 'like ' was far superior; this thumbs up or down is pathetic. Yeah, I said it.

so maybe a max limit of 50 ups and 5 downs to distribute daily could keep the but hurt limited and better inflate everyone's self esteem (kinda like giving all participants a medal)! *

* and of course a sarcasm icon to really keep temper's in check.
 
Just look at the ratio of thumbs up given to thumbs down given to see if someone's a Delta Bravo. The problem is already solved, folks.
