The winning this year seems to be directly connected to Kirk's decision to change tendencies, if not out-right listen to rank amateurs suffering from ticket-withdrawal.
My favorite pet peeve that he ejected was his tendency to take a knee at the end of both halves. Now you can argue that the second half knee has an upside. But leaving points on the board with time on the clock is a common trait among those who play not to lose rather than play to win. Obviously Kirk is playing to win in many facets this year.
What's you favorite tendency he has gotten away from this year?
