NW giving Wisconsin all they want

Unfortunately, I think they are the cream of the crop. I can see Michigan dropping up to 4 but not Michigan State. I thought they would win it since last April and still think they will.

I think we would win about half the games we played against Michigan. I just don't think they're any better than us.

We would probably win 7 out of 10 against MSU with the team they have now. It's just unfortunate we list the one we played.

I have never seen the conference flip like this day to day and week to week. Upsets happen but this season is absolutely crazy. Sure Ohio State and Wisconsin were overrated. But there's no way to see this coming IMO. NW is alone in 6th place and Ohio State is alone in 9th place and we're approaching the halfway point of the conference season.

I didn't watch any basketball tonight, so I just checked the scores. First thing that came to mind is, "WTF?!?" Northwestern wins at Wisky and Penn St. wins at OSU? Are you serious? And yesterday Iowa lost a game at home every Iowa fan though they'd win. It really is nuts.

The fact that Ohio State and Wisconsin probably aren't really that good has a lot to do with it. The B1G is still one of the two best conferences this year, but it's reached SEC Football levels of being overhyped.

Any team in the league can have a bad night and lose....Michigan lost to Penn State last year and made it to the finals. Quit being so dramatic ....How did your cyclones end up at Kansas tonight? Are they as overhyped as the SEC too?

Saying the Big Ten is overrated is criminal. CRIMINAL, I TELL YOU.

Christ, get your panties unwadded. This conference is not THAT good.

Alone at third in the conference, not too bad.....

Even Michigan State has one loss, we have three.....

Libradawg tells it like it is:

11 UK goes down, 21 UMASS blown to pieces, 24 OSU gets beat, 17 and 18 downed in Cyclone and Pitt unis, 8th ranked Okie St. was never really in it, 14th ranked Wisconsin beat at home in a game that wasn't even close against a team Iowa beat by 26---TWICE. Word is 1 AZ needed some big officiating help to not get beat by mediocre Stanford. But IOWA getting beat by 7th ranked and two losses with a coach that pulled every unprofessional trick possible? Now THAT is some unforgivable stuff that really reflects so poorly on our program!

I realize there aren't the same amount of whiners and apocalyptic tin foil hats here as there are on my facebook page, lol, but if the critics are in gear I'm here to put it back in PARK.

I wasn't going to watch any basketball either. How could Ohio State and Wisconsin lose at home in games they had to have? I saw the Ohio State was in trouble and checked in on that game. That got me to thinking maybe the Big 10 upset streak could hit 3 and it did via NW.

The weekly "Where will we be ranked" thread will have a lot of differing opinions this weekend. Get a win at Illinois on the road and I have no idea what the rankings will look like after this week of chaos...especially if it carries through to this weekend's games.

Here's what's on tap over the weekend.....

OSU @ Wisconsin - Saturday
IA @ Illinois - Saturday
NW @ Minnesota - Saturday
Mich @ Indiana - Sunday

(MSU @ G'town - for those that care on Saturday)

How the hell is this going to play out?

I would not put money on either team in any of those games.

On paper the two big 10 games were going to be boring. I guess I was wrong. I was flipping between the two nba games, isu vs kansas and zona vs stanford.

Northwestern owns the most impressive big 10 road win. They were 18.5 dogs. There will not be another road win to match this one in the big 10.

If we beat Illinois, and I have a strong feeling we will after working almost a week with Fran and Crew. I think we will be at least in the top 15, if not higher Probably likei it is now. But things are getting a little complex. We are much better than we appeared on offense, Tuesday, we shall correct the situation.....

Maybe Wisconsin, Iowa, and Michigan, if I was a betting man which I am not. This year I imagine many lost more than they have before....
