I would bet that Obama lays awake nights trying to figure out how to cause the U of I athletic department trouble. Like him or not, folks, this would NOT be anywhere near the radar of ANY sitting president, so get off that bus. Title 9 has been around longer than a lot of the posters on this site and investigations happen all the time. It does not take much to trigger one. Such is the "protected class" body of law.
