Not going to lie the bigtennetwork.com photo has me intrigued.

It meets a lot of criteria. tOSU and Michigan sperated. Iowa and Wisconsin seperated. Three top teams (PSU, Michigan, Wiscy and tOSU, Nebby, Iowa) in each division. When did this pic come out I wonder? Before or after the leak? If after the leak one may think that the BTN is trying to throw people off.

Why would the MSU AD be there? Did they replace PSU in the supposed "Big 4"?

I posted this in another link.

It falls along the competition break-up that the league discussed a couple of weeks ago.

Tier One (Front Row) Nebby, PSU, OSU, UM
Tier Two (Second Row Middle) Iowa, Wisky
Tier Three (Third Row Middle) Purdue, NU
Tier Four (Outside back) Illinois, Minny, Indiana, MSU

What side they are on doesn't matter.

I understand this, but why not put tier three (Purdue & NW) on the outside of row 2, then you have the 4 schools in tier four all in row 3?

CAARHawk posted this in another thread. I think it's on the money

Actually, the picture makes perfect sense.

Over the last few weeks they have been saying that the competitive breakdown goes like this

Tier one: OSU, UM, Nebby, PSU (Front Row)
Tier two: Wisky, Iowa (Second Row Center)
Tier Three: NU, Purdue (Third Row Center)
Tier Four: Illinois, MSU, Minny, Indiana (Outside after first row)

That is how the helmets are lined up. Doesn't matter what side they are on.

NEVERMIND he's already here.

I am not finding any symbolism in the photo
Of course there is, Jon. The proof is here:

It's actually a visual thing. The most prominent visual focus spots are the front and the center.

Also, that would than indicate that Tier Two has four teams. Therefore, the distinction between Tier One and Tiers 2 and 3. Four teams in T1 Two each in T's 2 and 3.
