NW started pushing this meme last year before their matchup at Wrigley vs the Illini. Then they went out on the field and got destroyed...but I guess the slogan stuck. Illini fans took some offense,as expected.
But, Fitz, the grown man who finishes every single interview with the childish ''go cats!'' will never let a silly promo chant go untapped,I guess.

I understand the logos are large, but I wasn't aware they could obscure the midcourt line.

They can't obscure the line--NW will probably do something like KU did and have an outline of the line through the logo.

#1--only fans of teams that have never made it to the NCAA BB tourney could vote.

#2--OK4P told me personally he gave most of the money needed to make this happen. He didn't get a plaza named after him, however, he did get two Carmody-autographed seat cushions, and, one extra Chicago-polish for each game, per seat. Good deal.
