Non-travelers: What's Your Rose Bowl Plans or Meals?

For all those traveling, enjoy your trip and travel safely!

To those who are staying home, what are your plans or what is on the menu for the big game? Hosting party? Attending party? Just curious to what people are planning.

My son is coming into town and we are watching at one of his high school and U Iowa friends house. All of us are huge fans of course. Not sure what I am bringing for food and drink. Been testing and making italian steak roll, porchetta ala Martha Stewart, pasta and meatballs. maybe take leftovers.

New beer batch wont quite be ready so buy some nice craft beers, I try to buy Iowa craft beers as there are so many good ones. I live a mile from Confluence brewery and tap room so easy to buy a growler there or at the stores.
 
I am in a city with few hawk fans, 1000 miles from Iowa. I watch the games alone, my wife doesn't care, my son moved to china, I cheer alone, celebrate alone. I walk a lonely road, the only one that I have ever known, Don't know where it goes, But it's home to me and I walk alone.

Big family party in Corydon iowa. Lots of good food and drink lots of family and friends.

1st annual Rose Boil. Authentic Cajun crab Boil. This isn't some watered down commercialized crab Boil. It's very spicy!

I have a good friend that's a Hawk fan in Charlotte. If you are anywhere near there, I can hook you guys up.
 
Wife tried to plan Christmas at her parents' house on the 1st. They don't get ESPN. Because of my 2 year old tantrum, we're having it on the 2nd.

I wouldn't bother with a tantrum. I just wouldn't go! That's it and that's all. They can sort out the details as long as they understand where I'm going to be come game time.
