Non-Conference games

Posted on HR as well, but wondering who you guys want to see Iowa play in the non-con games. Pick two BCS schools, some of equal talent and some of lesser.

I'll Start.

Equal teams: Missouri, Tenn, North Carolina

Lesser teams: Colorado, Pitt, Maryland

I would like to see the sooners and us play. I know people think they are to good, but I think if you made it first game in, KF would have the boys ready. Ralphie would be a fun team to beat up on. Overall I want to see our non conf games get harder.

I know it is not a BCS conference team, but I would love to see the Hawks play a road game at UNLV. Imagine Hawkeye Nation invading Las Vegas. Enough said.

If I were to pick a BCS team, I would love to see Iowa play a road game at Texas A&M. Kyle Field is a place full of tradition and I have always wanted to see a game there.

Equal Teams: UCLA, USC, ASU, AZ anywhere with a sick climate

Lesser Teams: ISU, CU, KSU,

How about any team east of the Rockies in warm climate.

I am very happy to see them revisiting the Zona game, we have history there as well as ASU. Probably my favorite OC games in recent memory.

Florida is the shriveled up penis of the US, Louisiana is the butthole of the US. Alabama/Miss/GA/SC can secede from the Union again and we would should just let them. Texas can also just form their own country again and that would be fine.

Clemson....the way I see it Clemson and Iowa hold some of the best night games in all of CF.

Texas A&M would be cool.
Mizzery (oh, wait, we tried that once).
Oregon or Oregon State
Clemson
Arkansas

Any of those would be interesting

Arizona--for revenge purposes :)

Cincy (more recruiting exposure in Ohio couldn't hurt)
The U (want another crack at those cats after what they did to us back when they were awesome plus would like Florida exposure)
Any one of the Texas Big 12 teams (exposure)
Oregon (Eugene is like Iowa City but tucked away in the mountains, so I guess it's really nothing like IC, but it's a cool town)
Wershington and UCLA (want additional payback after the Rose Bowls)
VA Tech (Thursday night game)
Auburn (payback for Bo getting Heisman over Long, Chizik's cheating and their lucky bowl game win against Northwestern)

Navy, air force, and army. But stanzi would have to come back to play QB.
I'd like to see hawks vs. utah, nevada, houston. Teamz like that. Teams we hear a lot about but don't get to watch play a ton cause I can't watch tv on thursday nights.

Equal - North Carolina - would love to shut up all my UNC co-workers or NC State - well because I go tho many of their games anyway and sport a Iowa cap along with an NC State shirt

Lesser - Duke - man you should have saw that place when bama invaded last year, would love to see the Hawks do the same thing and one up the cheaters of the SEC

First, drop the clown game.

I would like to see Iowa play Pitt regularly just because when we go to Pittsburg, we have our uniforms that are a copy of the Steelers.

I would like us to play Missouri but they already play Illinois.

I would like to play Virginia, Va Tech, or West Virginia regularly.

Arizona/ASU games are always good except that the Hawks never play well out west.

Miami was of great interest when we played them. Kinnick was rocking the night they played in Iowa City. Miami is not as good as they used to be so it would be fun to play them.

I am starting to get the idea that Hawkeye fans have looong memories.

Any grievances from the 50's you need to settle while we're at it?
