I hope Ferentz let's his team play tomorrow. One thing I will be watching for in the first quarter is if Iowa actually tries to attack down field, or runs into a brick wall twice, then throws the ball on on 3rd and 8 (for our typical 3 yard passes). I know Michigan is #1 nationally in pass defense, but I think that is exactly where you attack them. Iowa has been very successful in the past against Michigan getting the tight ends involved in the passing game. Hopefully Ferentz will go back to that tomorrow. Use a vertical passing attack of more than 10 yards down the field to set up the run.
