How the HELL does a pair of Michigan running backs get it against a 1-5 conference team....yet someone like Stanley, who puts up a QB rating of 179 against a Top 10 defense gets snubbed. Heck, I'd even give it to Luewerke who had like 400 yds against PSU before Evans and Higdon.

And can we stop this whole "participation" ribbon crap by giving it to "Co" players. Just pick a freaking player.

Totally agree. But snowflakes and their feelings, ya know.

Lol Awesome. I copied and pasted this (with credit "quotation marks") onto another site. Well done.

More motivation to kick some butt. Will KF continue to allow BF the freedom he had Saturday? We'll see.

Wait a minute before you start bashing these awards...Michigan did this against massive boat rowing also...that must have tipped the scales. Plus Fleck runs to the other side of the field to start the fourth quarter...geez, maybe he could have actually tackled someone...lord knows his players couldn't. Put the oars down guys and wrap up.

I heard he finished in second place. I think they were looking for 6 touchdown passes. o_O

The Big Ten seems to be actively trying to get the public to forget that Iowa destroyed Ohio State. Their golden children...Michigan and Ohio State...are all that matter

Sadly that very well could be the case. Just more motivation for the Wisconsin game if you ask me.

Probably because he only threw for 226 yards which isn't a sexy total. If Rastetter can throw for 18 against them, how good were they really?

OSU has this killer defense and a Heisman QB blah blah blah. OSU has all 5* players that look like they have been in the pros for 6 years and they are only 18 blah blah blah. OSU is the flag ship of the B1G blah blah blah. OSU had this big comeback against PSU and won blah blah blah. OSU has this big deal coach blah blah blah. Osu has all these rabid fams that paint their faces, wear funny hats and clothes and are soooooooo sure of themselves blah blah blah. Well guess what? Iowa has a killer defense and a QB that's starting to show that just maybe some day he'll be a Heisman candidate. Iowa has a 5* player that is just 18 and will be in the pros too. We're no flagship of the B1G because we earn what we get. Iowa lost to PSU on a last play of the game TD. We have a coach that outsmarted OSU's big deal coach. Iowa fans don't paint their faces but they are very rabid and loyal. Just ask a OSU or PSU fan! Heck no they won't give Nate any credit for making this GREAT ohio school look like a bunch of fools!!!! NATE YOU"R THE MAN!!!!!!
