Iowa has the best wins in the big 10. After they win the rest of the games they will get a good NCAA seed.

I'm an optimist to a fault and I'm not calling you out. But our longest winning streak of the season is 6 and that was 5 cupcakes sandwiched around the North Carolina win. I think we have a good team. I still think 12-6 is doable and expect no worse than my 11-7 prediction from last March. But I don't think we are going to win 7 in a row for the 1st time all season over the course of the 7 remaining conference games.

Iowa, Iowa State and UNI are all likely headed for the NCAA Tournament. That's fine with me as long as we're there. I often think Iowa State fans and Fairfax (may still be talking about an Iowa State fan here) would rather stay home if it meant Iowa also had to stay home. I swear all of the above are more about cheering against Iowa than for their team. I want Iowa to win. I don't care what Iowa State and UNI do...generally speaking.

Back on topic a bit.. I think Iowa will still make the NCAA Tournament, but probably in the 8-10 seed range. If they lose to NW tomorrow though, then I'll be more worried.
