It's sort of funny because some ISU fans that work in my area truly think ISU has become this elite basketball program now in just 3 seasons. ISU is still small potatoes among Power 5 schools. Yes, they have had a nice run but ISU will be back to normalcy in a couple of years.
I know right? They act like Hoiberg took them to multiple final fours. 1 sweet 16 appearance and a couple conference tournament titles. Hell, Steve ******* Alford won 2 tournament titles at Iowa.
LOL so Fred holds a press conference back in Ames and says this team can win a title next year, no pressure on the new coach at all. Remember when Fred said back in Oct that he would hang a Final Four banner in Hilton, then loss to a crappy UAB team in the first round and applied for every NBA job open? Good times, haha
