In my dream scenario, Eric May decides he will take his RS year to work out with Doyle to take his shot at playing H-Back in new OC Davis' hybrid power spread offense opening up a spot for another athletic two-guard and Mr. Greene comes to IC to posterize the B1G!

Here he is throwing down some dunks with teammate Christian Jones. They both have crazy hops.

Too athletic to come to Iowa. Or maybe too athletic to want to come to Iowa. Hope not though.

Clemons, Ingram, and Greene would change everything about Iowa BBall. The rest of the conference would have to keep looking down at center court go remember which team they were playing.

Was he the kid that poserized the other team? Damn!

He can get up! Doesn't mean he can shoot... dribble..or play defense. But fast breaks would be fun...

2012? How many does Iowa want in one class? Isn't there already very few scholarships available for 2013? I'm just thinking out loud. Is someone not going to make it from the signed 2012 class?

Definitely better recruits than we've gotten but those guys are still lower tier Big 10 recruits. Remember I said recruits and not players, for all we know they are better.

unless this guy is a 5 star recruit he isnt worth the time. and if he does sign with iowa he will undoubtedly drop at least 10 or 20 ranking spots because of the ranking police that are against iowa and want us to get no publicity just to keep us down so no recruits will ever want to come here. also i have heard if you are a 5 star you automatically get all the beneficial calls in games (kind of like you are michael jordan).

on a serious note: the kid looks very solid and like he could work well in the uptempo style fran plays.

Yes please...

We have one avaliablr scholly for next year leftover.

That is true. There is the one left over and May's that comes open after next year. Iowa needs another athletic guard to run Fran's system. Then they need a slashing scoring wing

I would rather get the guard now and the wing next year when Devyn is going into his senior year.

I'm not sure there is much difference between an athletic guard and slashing wing. I presume Fran wants to get more athletic. Playing more guard-types is that way to do that. There just aren't very many 6 ft 6 athletic slashing wings out there. We'd be better off collecting talented, slightly shorter players if that's what we can get.

u make it sound like its a crazy idea that if a recruit signs with a good program they move up and if they sign with a bad program they move down. its hard to believe that people think this doesn't happen. it has nothing to do with the fact that they signed with "iowa" its because they signed with a "bad school"

1 for 2013. Could also mean someone may RS or that we just need more talent for next season.

I mean a more athletic forward to guard other athletic wings. But I had one in particular that I was thinking of. Might not be that hard to figure out who that might be.
