I would say that too. His past credentials were much better than Jaybo's.

My thoughts were that Ness as well and I thought the Hodge was based on the year not career thats why Ness wins. You could argue Jaybo over Varner but it would be a hard sell to non hawkeye fans. Jaybo was OW at the National Duals and scored 2 takedowns on #1 seed that nobodyelse has done all year! My 2 biggest points to as why I feel he would be my 2nd choice with Varner a close 3rd!!!

me too but in hodge eyes varners past accomplishments weighs a little even though it shouldn't

Pin, the saddest thing I have ever seen was when Dennis got beat cyclone nation stood up and roared like they just won it all! The funny part of this with Ness winning it pretty much locked up the Hodge for him! I guess all I am trying to say is any cylone fan with a brain would/should have wanted Dennis to win so their guy could win the hodge but just goes to show what the green monster does to people I guess.lol
