Nebraska implosion in 5...4...3...2...1



I love it, little red losing makes it fun to live in Omaha. Season is over and they still have 4 weeks left.
 


Breaking news out of Lincoln, NE..........First year head coach Mike Riley has been placed on Double Secret Probation.
 




Highly unlikely Nubby goes to a bowl game this year. What does Riley have to do next season to keep his job?

I been outside all day feeling like I was missing something in the games. Just checking in on some scores, and you made me feel like I'm not missing as much. Grazie.
 


Nebby porous pass defense, not much run game or pass game, receivers dropping ball just like jNW did again today, and nebby was stopping the run for the most part until they really needed to.

Great win for the wildcats and great loss by nebby.

But I do hope Nebby is just bowl eligible by the time the hawks get there.

Exactly...and the one weekend there isn't a Rocky movie on. Still not bored enough to go out and rake leaves. They'll still be there in March.
 












I think a few Nebraska fans should be on suicide watch, because they are coming apart on their message boards. It's highly entertaining to see their over-inflated sense of entitlement and "history" run full speed into a dose of reality. I guess for many of them it's tough knowing that it isn't 1995 anymore.
 


Don't take too much pleasure in others misfortunes. Nebby may be in a position to finish their stain of a season on a high note by beating Iowa on Black Friday.

Its a little like Notre Dame fans hanging on to seasons that happened 50 or 60 years ago and still saying they're the greatest program in the history of the sport. I get a kick out of Mike and Mike before I go to work in the mornings but Golic is sickening to listen to when he starts talking ND.

When it comes to Nebraska I can't wait to get up on Saturdays and bask in the glory that is the current game thread on Huskerboard. Grown man tantrum-throwing at its finest.

Really want to have fun! Get up on a nice Sunday morning & while you're having your first cup of coffee read the Lincoln & Omaha newspapers after a Nebraska loss.
