I'm just saying that if someone in charge of recuiting introduced some bball recruits to Ashton and Demi durring a football game it follows that someone did the same for some football recruits.

Say we did do this for football recruits, I highly doubt anything comes out of it. It is very minor and won't result in any post season ban or scholarship reduction. It will be a slap on the wrist and Iowa will be told not to do it again. This isn't really a huge story like people in the state will make it out to be.

Trying to explain this to someone is hard to do, cause minor or not..what the heck is the violation?

A celebrity is an Iowa fan and came back home to watch a game and they are introduced? No money exchanged...didn't let him stay in a house or gave them a car. Just shook his hand and talked for a few minutes. This is the biggest non story ever.

I work with a Kansas basketball fan and joked with him today that Kansas isn't gonna get any more top recruits. Once they find out that if they come to Iowa they can get their picture taken with Ashton Kutcher they'll be in the bag..
