As a die-hard lifelong fan it's really hard to say this but I really see PSU winning four NTs in a row. They are just a machine and very young. I think they drop off after that (a la 3 time winning MN in the early 2000s) but right now they are the best around.

Hawks will get back to form and continue to dominate the wrestling world but this current batch is the perfect storm for Cael. Hopefully this won't lead to a bunch of freakish good wrestling recruits for him, though. I doubt it because guys that talented come along rarely - i'm feeling like OSU has the next up and coming batch and hopefully next year's class has some in it for us.

Well said. When you add Andrew Alton and Jimmy Lawson to the PSU lineup it looks loaded for the next few years.

Thanks. The Altons are solid but I don't think world beaters. I see them as AA possibly with perhaps a single NC but lots of people can beat them. Macintosh also looks like he won't be as good as advertised.
 
Telford wrestles terrible match - takes no shots. Ironside beside himself. Sounds like someone shot his dog.

Guys - our upper weights are weak. It's a huge killer.
 
Wade loses and I believe Nelson (Hwt) won by fall. Should be a good team race for 2nd place between IA, Cornell, Okie St, and Minny.
 
Was Rey's move against Telford legal? He literally gouged his eye out and was trying to tear his lip off. It seems like that should be illegal, but apparently that was a legal move? Someone in the know, please fill me in.
 
There's a good example of the difference right now. Macintosh gets into NC and gets some points for PSU despite being knocked out. Everything counts and our guys need to understand that.

Are you not listening to Ironside and Grace on 800 KXIC? They have free streaming and an ap so you can listen on your phone. The stream just plays songs during commercials.
 
Man alive, it takes some guts to comeback and take 3rd after losing a first round match. I wonder how many times it has happened, that is a lot of matches. If GG just so happens to do it, he'll win my heart back.
