Nate Stanley NFL Draft Position?

Late if at all. At this point if the game is too fast for him it isn't going to get better against an NFL defense, nor will his accuracy issues. He has the arm, and size, but that's about it.

My guess is 4th round or later. He has potential but after 3 years of starting NFL scouts will be wary of taking to much of a chance on him.

On the plus side he can make most of the throws they want in the NFL. He has good size. He's the size that a lot of coaches like, the problem is whether he can get to a team that needs a pocket QB. With the pass happy NFL QB's that can move are a plus. He's like a young big Ben in the pocket. Being teachable is probably his best asset. In order to make the roster he needs some expert coaching.

OH NO....MORE INSULTS!!!!!

I want NS to get drafted by the Saints or the Chiefs in the 3rd or 4th round and take the Chase Daniels route. Get coached up really well, have a bunch of teams buy into it, become a millionaire and collect an NFL pension.:)

I doubt the Chiefs are going to be drafting a QB that high with Patrick Mahomes in the fold.

You are looking at this the wrong way. Mahomes will likely be there a decade plus. NS could easily hold a clipboard, be a #2 and live off Andy Reid's reputation of developing quarterbacks.

Yes, but KC won't need to use a 3rd or 4th rounder to get him to do that.

Good Stanley is probably a top 5, maybe top 3 QB in this draft (I ain't sold on Tua or Jalen). Bad Stanley is an undrafted free agent who even if he musters a call to camp is going to get cut on the first round of cuts in the preseason. There is too much Bad Stanley tape out there.

Iowa state or Nebraska Stanley is josh Allen, penn state Stanley is Nathan peterman

The draft is all about projected potential, especially at the quarterback position. You cannot deny Nate has the tools to project really well in an offense that can protect him and that he can sling it. Nate has exceptional if not elite arm talent, and you just cant teach that. I think he gets drafted and I think between 4th and 6th round.
