Strange, but I loved Winwood with Traffic, but didn't care for a single thing he put out as a solo.

It's kinda like with Elton John. I think most of the stuff he put out before 1980 is some of the best music ever produced, but I can't stand almost everything he put out after '80.

To be honest it took me about 20 years to come around to liking them which is about the same amount of time it took to like Lynyrd Skynyrd. Which bugged the hell out of my old friends when I did. But that is a whole other discussion.
