#61 is Mike Reilly, who did analysis on radio with Ron Gonder for many years and who's son Jim played at Iowa in the late eighties. Jim, I believe ended up marrying a field hockey player name Erica Richards who I had several classes with in college and knew a little bit. Nice Jersey girl.

Update: Mike Reilly passed away in Dubuque about two weeks ago at the age of 77. RIP to Mike.

Under today's rules Long would've been flagged for unsportsmanlike conduct. Our estrogen-society has stripped us of our strength, confidence and logic. Sigh.

I think Long would have to be holding it more in an opposing player's face for it to be taunting. I think Greg Pruitt of Oklahoma did that and Frank Broyles said, "That's taunting. You cannot do that."
