If we could somehow face Bama that would be epic, but i dont think it could happen unless the SEC only gets 1 in the BCS.

Neither, although both would be much improved competition over the last time we played both teams in bowl games. Neither team really excites me. It would be nice if we could play somebody else we have not played before.

Bowl projections
Here’s a look at how the Big Ten bowl picture might look:
BCS CHAMPIONSHIP (Jan. 6, Pasadena, Calif.)
• Ohio State vs. Florida State: Buckeyes benefit greatly from Auburn’s miracle victory but now need to beat Michigan State.
ROSE (Jan. 1, Pasadena, Calif.)
• Michigan State vs. Stanford: Like Buckeyes, Spartans are big winners in Alabama-Auburn aftermath.
CAPITAL ONE (Jan. 1, Orlando)
• Wisconsin vs. South Carolina: With loss to Penn State, Badgers blew their chance at a BCS bowl and will settle for Orlando.
OUTBACK (Jan. 1, Tampa)
• Iowa vs. Texas A&M: The Hawkeyes’ rout of Nebraska likely earns them this spot.
BUFFALO WILD WINGS (Dec. 28, Tempe, Ariz.)
• Nebraska vs. Oklahoma: A matchup from the Big Eight’s glory days wouldn’t be a bad consolation prize for the Huskers.
GATOR (Jan. 1, Jacksonville)
• Michigan vs. Georgia: The Wolverines’ near miss against Ohio State likely is enough for the Gator Bowl poobahs to pass on the Gophers.
TEXAS (Dec. 27, Houston)
• Gophers vs. Kansas State: The opponent could be Texas Tech, but would the Big 12 try to avoid a rematch from last year?
Note: Two Big Ten teams are likely to earn BCS bowl berths. If that happens, the conference won’t have enough eligible teams to fill the Heart of Dallas and Little Caesars bowls.

Would like to play the loser of the SEC championship game. Hopefully the game would be a letdown for them and have motivation issues. You see this a lot during the bowl season.

Would love to play Georgia and smash mouth them. Then have my Hawkeye flag up in the air all winter long as I drive around Atlanta.

Gotta be the Tigers, I have to many friends in the Columbia area and don't know anyone in S.C.

Watching them play Johnny Football right now. A&M would be interesting. Pinkel has them running power football up the middle in the second half and they are starting to take control of the game as they go into the 4th.

My business partner is from CoMo and die hard Tiger. He didn't take the Insight too well. So I'd like to relive that.

That would just be pathetic. What do they have, like 7 starters out for the year due to injury, including their great QB? What a joke of a win that would be. Also, the Outback has only selected one SEC West team in like the last 17 years, so aTm just ain't gonna happen.

It really doesn't matter to me it won't be Vandy or Ole Miss so the opponent will have some name recognition....some sizzle. I believe the two-headed monster that SC has at QB one of them is hurt and out for the year. I can't remember if he is the better runner or thrower and if that benefits Iowa or not.
