Michigan State looking flat

I'm going to be so ****** if MSU finds a way to lose this game a week before we play them.

If Northwestern wins this game and gets to our game ranked then that would give us 4 ranked opponents left. Our SOS should be just fine.

MSU with good defense on 1st possession of 2nd half. They almost got the fumble by NW. They start in NW's side of the field.

HUGE drive by Northwestern. It looked like the Spartans had all the momentum, but now they are down 10 with just over a quarter to play.

If Northwestern wins, they have a real shot to be 8-1 when Iowa goes to Evanston, which would definitely put them in the top 15.

Northwestern will not get ranked as high as current #7 MSU.

I want Iowa to beat teams when they are ranked HIGHER than us, not lower.

Why? Because I'm going to dream that we can still make the NC game, and I want everything to fall our way to try and make that happen.

Beating #13 Wisconsin, then #7 or higher MSU next week, and likely top 10 OSU down the road would be far better than MSU falling to #15 or so, and Northwestern not even being in the BCS standings.

Big momentum change there. Fake FG (oops, punt, sorry), then TD on next play. 24-21 NW. Cats need another answer.

NW gets sack to force 2nd and 20. MSU gets it with 18 yard pass and run on 3rd down. Crunch time!

4th down conversion for MSU. Whoever said MSU looks like Iowa from last year is looking good now.
