Beilein has put together a really solid team that is young and unfortunately will be a force in the Big Ten for years to come. I agree with you, they are capable of beating Duke if they play smart and don't lose focus.

That's wrong. The only teams that beat Duke are teams with athletic guards that can pressure Nolan Smith. Without Irving, Duke isn't good at creating off the dribble. Smith can score for himself but he doesn't really create looks for others. Dawkins and Curry are just spot up shooters. The teams that have beat Duke (Florida St, Virginia Tech, UNC) have been able to stop penetration and force them to take contested threes.
I think Michigan's zone can frustrate Duke, also if Michigan gets hot from 3's they can beat anybody. I still think Duke pulls it out, but it's going to be close.

Lots of teams in this tournament can beat Duke if they don't shoot well. I'm guessing that you don't watch much basketball. Any given night...

Duke can be beat this year. They are not the dominant Blue Devils team of years past. I don't know whether Michigan will get them but someone will.

I took Duke to go the whole way in one of my pools, but I would be happy to give up that for a Big 10 team beat them.
Big 10 teams performing well. I always cheer for that no matter if the Hawks are there. I work with Illinois lovers, which is tough.
By the way..am I the only one that will only watch Tru TV until next year...I just assume

Are you saying your dont get TRUtv? I believe everyone with Mediacom gets it, not sure who your provider is...
Michigan has closed this season on a roll...like 10-4 down the stretch. They are dangerous,as they have 5-6 3 pt shooters that can get hot. They have nothing to lose,so they might just come out firing,and catch Duke looking ahead.
Please let it happen...

To clarify this, both teams are on a plane home tonight, but Michigan isn't getting on another plane Thursday afternoon.

Gotta give props when they are deserved... Kaldenburg called it. Michigan was obviously dangerous and a tough out. I never dreamed they would have the ball down 2 to Duke playing in NC and a chance to tie or win the game with seconds left.
