Melvin Gordon glad he snubbed Iowa, switched to Wisky

Yes, it is. If someone is some yella belly and commits to Iowa and then switches his commitment or if he transfers out of Iowa, it is a snub. Plain and simple. You could compile a decent team with Iowa snubs. Ross P. Dan McGwire. Jake Christensen. Rodney Coe. James Townsend. Ryan Bain. Greg Garmon. Jewel Hampton. Marcus Coker. AJ Derby. Kyle Bonecrusher Williams. That kid from Detroit who flipped to Mighigan. Roger Craig and Trev Alberts (for committing to Nebraska in the first place). Alex Thompson, Tyler Smiff and Cully Payne in basketball. The list is long.

So is my johnson..

I wonder if he's glad he said this:

"I'm not going anywhere. I gave them my word, and that's it. I know a couple of schools may come at me until I sign the letter. When we start practice whenever next fall, I'll be in Iowa City."--Melvin Gordon
, August 2010

The Integrity is strong in this one.

One's word means nothing in the graceless times we live in now.

It just goes to show you never know what is going to happen with a recruit until he puts it in ink. It would have been nice to get him but I'm very happy with our guys in the backfield. Bullock has really surprised me this yr. GO HAWKS!

Good luck naming any players on Wisconsin who would start at Iowa other than MAYBE Gordon (when AIRBHG knocks out Weisman, Bullock and Daniels) and Abredarres.

Haven't you realized by now it was ALEPPHG. Not AIRBHG.

The correlation between a certain coach's tenure at two positions and freaky player depletion before and after said coach was at that position is just too evident.

Maybe I'll run some statistics on it later to show the correlation.
