McDonough, Dake deserved higher seeds



wow. someone from the wrestling world sticking up for an iowa wrestler? what is the world comming to?
 


I agree with this article. When the brackets were released, I couldn't believe McDonough wasn't the No. 1 seed. It's a shame Caldwell and Dake have to meet in the semis...that would have been a great match to have in the finals in both made it to Saturday night

Also...David Taylor has one of the most dominant freshman seasons ever and he gets the 3 seed?
 


I think the semis are going to be better than the finals. I really hope Steel can get past Precin again. I'd love to see him wrestle Robles for all the marbles.
 


For the tv/general viewers it would be great to showcase a Steel vs. Robles match and also Dake vs. Caldwell match. I think it could help in supporting the sport of wrestling. 1 Robles using a disabilty to I think an advantage. And 2 a match between 2 very good athletes. The commitee seeding the 49 class=EPIC FAIL
