Also - Kinsbury was a McDonalds AA, could launch it from half-court with a decent probability of it actually hitting the rim, and rarely ever sat on the bench.
McCabe can't create his own shot, not opening up space for a clean jumper, not hitting said jumper, not blowing by anyone, not drawing fouls. What he can do is move without the ball and catch it in a mosh pit if he has to in order to draw contact.
As far as Fran repeatedly giving him minutes best served for Uthoff, I'm baffled by this. His entire Starting Lineup has started since Day One.

I said he has Kingsbury toughness and/or confidence. I never said he could shoot or play on the same level. I was also speaking of Fran's vantage point. If it was my decision McCabe would ride the bench for 30+ minutes a game
