These keep getting dumber and dumber. Except for my name being in the poll.

Why don't you give us a coach by coach breakdown with a bunch of irrelevant stats and info that's available in their bios on the school website? You know, like the rest of your essays.
LOL. You guys need to have a beer summit. Who's buying? ;)

What position should he coach?
Copeland seems to be a great hire for the WRs.
Has he had any success coaching?

Some fans complain that KF has had less than inspiring/imaginative hires in the past, but love to throw out any former Iowa player any time a coaching spot opens up regardless of fit or any actual coaching ability.

My favorite were all the calls and support that people had for Tate to be QB coach - even though he had never held any coaching position before and just mentioned in passing he would like to try coaching.

All that said, I have no idea how Marvin's team is doing. And he might make a great coach someday.

The only way I see him coming to Iowa to coach if Copeland is still aroumd would be as TE coach. Move Woods back to defense to get him ready to take over when Morgan retires.

Unless Marvin or Drew or some player like them is going to be a grad assistant I wouldn't bring any former player on staff simply because they played here. They have to bring something to the table from a coaching / recruiting standpoint.

In his only coaching season thus far McNutt went 1-15 with the Cedar Rapids Titans. That was their worst season to date.

If Joshbrown's poorly-done wannabe Hawknick act weren't so lackluster, I might be inclined to think he's the same guy.
If I were him I would take great offense to this.

It's no act.

:D

Hawknick was always sickeningly positive... Joshbrown, not so much. I prefer happy and stupid over cranky and stupid

Mark Stoops. Dude can win at Kentucky and won't be there for long... There will be no regime change at Iowa but that would be one former player I would be completely happy with.
