Per TOS, Andy Hamilton tweeted that Mims says there is no change in Hawkeye status and is just being treated as a traffic violation at this time.

Good news pump. Let's let the process run it's course. Marion will suffer the consequences from the courts/fines just like anyone else would. If it's warranted that something more serious took place and the school should consequently take action then the coaches and admin can make that decision at a later time once there are sufficient facts.
