That does suck, but it will be nice to get another year of separation between him and our 3 headed monster anyway. Hopefully he can take advantage of the redshirt year and spend some extra time watching video and learning the offense.

More reps for Rogers. It would be cool if Rogers can fulfill the role of being a RB/FB hybrid. We still have decent depth between ARob and Hampton ... however, it's never ideal when you truly have to tap your depth to its limit.

I have a hard time thinking Rogers is 100% in fullback mode right now....he might be playing the spot but with all the stuff going on I'd think hes still very much in the RB picture

That's VERY good news! If the coaches aren't moving guys around yet to adjust ... then that suggests that there's no reason to hit the "panic button" yet.
