Luka Garza, Joe Wieskamp Capture Gatorade Player of Year Awards

I have seen 215 and 220 recently. If you look at him, this looks about right.

Here are some comments about him: http://www.courier-journal.com/stor...regional-final-despite-langfords-44/99062084/

“I thought we played really well in the first half,” Shannon said. “I thought they pounded us on the glass. Anything close to being around the rim, Nunge seemed like he cleaned up. But he’s 6’11” – you have to get in there and fight him. At the end of the day, he’s going to get some of those by virtue of the fact that he’s so tall, and he’s strong, he’s athletic. He’s really a nice player.

Uthoff was naturally a slender guy. Nunge appears to have a thicker built than Uthoff. It should be easier to put a few pounds on him. I read that he is6 ft 11 and 220 lbs. . I don't think either one will be pushed around once they learn the system.

Grow an inch and lift weights and get up to 245. Now we talking and I'm smiling. A guy that big who can shoot.................. hell yes!!!

How do you pronounce Nunge?
none-g....I know it was only 1 game that I got to see Nunge play, but on defense he played out front in the zone and dropped down to gather in rebounds after opponents shots went up....very mobile, long and didn't seem that thin...he will definably see time next year somewhere and anywhere on the front line as Iowa runs a motion offense and did I say his 3 point shot is a smooth as butter. Garza and Nunge will be great additions to this Iowa basketball machine Fran is building....

Nunge looks like a basketball player, and he has the statistics to back it up. Fran has said that Garza reminds him of Kevin McHale. Both guys are suppose to be gifted offensively. They are good free throw shooters.

My main thing is I think Nunge and Garza are both going to be really good. So that means Nunge plays the 3 or Pemsl doesn't even play and I frickin love Pemsl.
I love Pemsl. But I also think Kriener is going to be special. All he lacks is strength IMO.
