Local staions not offered IOwa NC games.

Just in case anyone is interested I contacted KCRG. They told me no local stations were offered the the Iowa N/C games. I wonder if any other cables companies were offered the games. Will Barta try to get more games on the BTN next year?

Its not up to Barta. No AD goes to the BTN Network begging for more games to be on TV. We win more games this year and we will have more games offered on BTN next year and not BTN.com. Pretty simple really.
 
I am guessing Mediacom paid up pretty good for these games. They have also got some ISU events including the IOwa ISU wrestling meet. Mediacom is getting there but kicked by Dish and Direct especially in my area. They are trying anything to get new customers and not lose anymore. The last consumer mag. I read rated Mediacom the worst cable company in the nation.

the list goes on and on. from bashing our coaching staffs, and league leading running backs. it is honestly brutal to read. and embarrassing.

to the OP, I still don't get your premise. Barta doesn't control the rights to these games.
 
I do not bash our coaches or players. Never. I do know Barta does not control the rights to Iowa games.
