watched the replay on 4 pt play didn't look like the Iowa player touched him, just flopped backward

We just don't have enough quickness to beat anyone with any reasonable amount of talent. It looks like a real long year to me. We are trying our best, but unless Cartwright averages at least 15, i just don't see us winning more than maybe 5 or 6 more games this year. We are essentially playing a team with 3 - 6 foot 1 guys, and we can't seem to post them up. OUr ballhandling and quickness are not good enough to get guys the ball in scoring postions. If we have to beat guys off the dribble for our offense, it will get scarier each game as the opponents get better.

I've never seen such awful perimeter defense. Absolutely rancid. Next season can't get here soon enough. Get some d@mn perimeter and post defenders. Feels like Iowa is a low major team misplaced in a BCS conference. At least we were up 10-0 I guess...

If this were back in the day when there were no three pointers, UNI would be one of the worst basketball teams.
