Honestly, I think his draft stock is a bit over valued. He could use another year of seasoning on his game before jumping to the pros, but I won't miss him.
 
You have to weigh any improvement he may get coming back against the risk of injury plus the loss of a years income. I see no reason for him to return.
 
IIRC, his family is VERY poor. He's a projected lottery pick, and overvalued or not, that's a guaranteed contract worth quite a big chunk of change. He'll take it, and I can't say I blame him. I'd probably do it, too.
 
I guess the wild card here will be who Illinois hires as their new coach. Perhaps the right coach would be able to convince him to stay. But I agree with the masses that more likely than not....he gone.
 
I personally don't think he will be as good as people think he will in the NBA. He won't be taller than most people on the court, and the NBA big men will push him around.
