Currently 5-4 after what I view as a good solid win last night, even if not particularly pretty.
It occurred to me yesterday that it's been a long time since the Hawks have had a winning record at any time during the season, because we started 0-2 last year and never reached the .500 mark.
A 70-60 OT win against Michigan on 2/22/09 put us at 14-13. We lost at #9 Michigan St. 2/25/09, where we fell to 14-14, and we have been at or below .500 ever since, up until last night.
I'm not sure how much longer we'll stay above .500 this year, but just thought I'd point out how long it's been since we've been on the plus side of the W/L record. Nearly 2 years.
